How to fix Microsoft outlook 365 issue 2022

Method One:

1. Go to Windows Settings and click on Accounts
2. Click on Access work or School Tab
3. Click your business email and select disconnect as shown in the image below
4. Open your outlook and enter your email and password

Method two:

If the above method doesn't work then what you can do is create a new profile in outlook and sign with your credentials.

• Go to control panel and click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
• click on show profile and select add, give profile name and follow on-screen instructions

• Go to the control panel and click on Credential Manager
• Select Windows Credentials, here you will see all the credentials.
• Remove all the credentials that are associated with office 365 or Microsoft office
