How to configure Mercantile webmail on outlook 2019

How to configure Mercantile webmail on outlook 2019. Do you know that you can access your webmail email using outlook 2019 or any other version? But today we will configure on outlook 2019. This configuration works in all versions of outlook. Configuration of Mercantile webmail is very easy if you follow all the step explains here on my website. Step to configure Mercantile webmail on outlook 2019 or higher

• Step 1: Go to Control Panel and click "Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2019)" and new dialog box will appear. Under Email Accounts: Setup email accounts and directories. Click Email Accounts as shown in the image below:

• Step 2: Under Emai Tab Click new and Select manual setup or additional server types then click next and select POP or IMAP then click next Now here fill up all the details information of you. As shown in the image below:

Note:

Under Server Information, select POP3 or IMAP:

In the Incoming Mail Server:

a) If you have your Email id @mail.com.np, then only add pop.mail.com.np.

b) If you have your Email id @mos.com.np, then only add pop.mos.com.np.

In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

If you are using Mercantile internet, then add smtp.mos.com.np or smtp.mail.com.np

If you are using worldlink Internet, then add smtp.wlink.com.np

If you are using Vianet Internet, then add smtp.vianet.com.np

If your ISP is others, add their respective smtp.

Similarly

Under Logon Information:

a) If your mail id is bikrambhujel@mail.com.np, then add the only username of your email id i;e bikrambhujel.

b) If your mail id is bikrambhujel@mos.com.np, then add your full email id i;e bikrambhujel@mos.com.np.

Step 3: Click Next
